Shipping & Returns

Shipping: Some products are made to order, so they may take a little longer, but rest assured knowing that your swag is worth the wait. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the order is on its way to your doorstep.

Exchanges:
Have an issue with a product? Order the wrong size? Just need someone to talk to? Don’t worry we are here to help. Please feel free to call or email with any issues or exchanges and we will do everything we can to help. Just shoot us an email at help@screenbroidery.com and we will get you taken care of!

Refunds and Returns: Your satisfaction with our apparel is our top priority. Not only do we want you to be satisfied with our products, but with our customer service as well. We try to make all returns or exchanges as easy as possible. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of the order date. All apparel must be unworn and unwashed.

Please send to help@screenbroidery.com. We will create a standard shipping label for you to print out and ship to us. All return shipping is free within the United States unless expedited shipping is requested. Once returned apparel is accepted, your exchange or refund will be processed.
